We offer an optional 60-Day Limited Warranty that applies only to customers who have purchased the warranty at checkout. Orders without the warranty are not covered under this policy.

Warranty Coverage
The 60-Day Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects only that render the product unusable under normal, intended use.
The warranty period begins from the date the order is delivered, not the purchase date.
What Is NOT Covered
The following are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or returns, even if the warranty was purchased:

Slight tears, marks, or imperfections, as the product is handcrafted

Minor color variations or differences in shade

Handcrafted Disclaimer
Because each item is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, shape, stitching, and overall appearance are normal and expected. These variations are not considered defects and are not refundable.
